As part of the process of creating the Fullwood Packo Dairy Group, the company will recruit a Group Operations Director and a Group Commercial Director. “Both of these key roles will be critical to the Group’s success,” the Managing Director continues, “as they will enable us to improve our production efficiencies, reduce operational costs, capture new business opportunities, and ultimately, improve our offering to current and prospective customers by enabling us to utilise lean manufacturing and best in class supply chains.”
